Prototyping is the design thinker's tool to quickly understand how customers will use a product or service and how your organization should be set up to deliver on it. In this workshop, you'll learn the qualities of a good prototype, define the hypotheses you want to test, and try creative techniques to build your prototype and get actionable feedback. Participants should come prepared with a current or past design project or problem they want to prototype.
